Healthy Chocolate Valentines Nut Bark In Less Than 3 Minutes

3.17 oz Ghiradelli chocolate Intense Dark™ 86% Cacao all natural OR
3.5 oz Lindt “Excellence” with 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark
1 tsp butter
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, 1/2 cup raw almonds, 1/2 cup Raw walnuts
1 Stevia packet or 2 if you like it sweeter
Microwave chocolate and butter in a medium-size glass bowl for 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds or use double boiler stirring constantly. Add the nuts to the melted chocolate mixture and stir.
Spread out on a plate sprayed with non-stick spray.
Refrigerate for 45 minutes, break apart into small bite sizes and enjoy!
