Keep in Constant Contact With Your Clients

emailAs a real estate professional, you know how important it is to keep in constant contact with your clients.  You don't want to neglect past business when you're chasing new business.  And, many times, past clients become current clients again.  You just need to keep your name on their mind the next time they want to buy a house.  A great way to do this is through the Constant Contact system.

With Constant Contact, you can keep in touch with all your real estate clients in one easy place.  Have an open house coming up?  Send an email with Constant Contact.  Have a new listing you know a particular group of clients might be interested in?  Send an email with Constant Contact.  Want to know what your clients are interested in right now?  Send a survey with Constant Contact.  You can even make your emails go viral by including "follow me" icons for your social media.

Constant ContactI recommend Constant Contact for my clients because it is simple to use and makes it easy to send a personalized letter to many clients at one time.  You can even set up your clients in lists.  If you serve Main City USA and USA Town, you can create a Main City USA and USA Town and add the contact information for those particular clients.  It's really up to you how you choose to group them.  Then, when you're ready to send, simply click on the group(s) you want the email to go to and each contact will receive their own personalized, professional-looking email delivered right to their inbox.  Your email will arrive specifically from you to your real estate client, broker, lender, vendor, family member, etc., so that they feel you have given them the personalized attention they deserve.

Right now, if you mention Second Self Virtual Assistance when you create an account, you will receive the FIRST 60 DAYS FREE.  Try them on for size.  I would recommend the service to any REALTOR® short on time who wants to make a great impression.  When you get through the first 60 days and realize you absolutely HAVE TO HAVE this as one of the tools in your real estate marketing arsenal, Constant Contact offers plans starting at just $15 a month.

As a Virtual Assistant and a business woman, I know how important it is to keep in constant contact with your clients.  This is true for all businesses, but especially service-driven industries like real estate.  I highly recommend using Constant Contact for your email marketing campaigns.

Pamela,

I haven't used CC before...  but have always heard good things about it.  It really seems pretty reasonable!  Thanks for the information!

Hi Lori - I've been a Real Estate VA for about 14 years now.  When I first started, I didn't really know what to call myself until a REALTOR friend gave me an article from a real estate magazine about REVAs.  It still took several years before people didn't get a dumbfounded, deer-in-the-headlights look on their face when I told them what I did for a living.  ;o)

Hi Brian - Using courtesy - white hat - business practices is always a great idea.  Most contact management systems require that your contacts opt-in.  And, of course, always have a way to opt out.

Hi Linda - It's actually the least expensive one I've ever used and the most user-friendly.  There are some free ones out there, too.

icontact got better reviews last time I looked but constant contact is so much easier to use!! If I have to use the help button, I lose interest!

Constant contact also has some really cool reports so you can see who's opening your email.
