A Horse of Another Color

horse ranchI have had a life-long love of horses.  I even contemplated buying one a few years ago.  But, sadly, it wasn't in the cards.  Are you a real estate professional who specializes in selling horse ranches or do you have a client looking to buy a horse property of their own?  Don't know where to go online that caters specifically to horse enthusiasts?  I think I may have found the perfect site for you: HorseRanchSearch.com.  They offer free listings and searches of horse ranches all across the country.

You have two options on Horse Ranch Search: Free Posting Plan and Plan a PlanWith the Free Posting Plan, you can:

  • create a free listing with a title, brief description, asking price and contact info
  • add up to 20 photos per listing

And this is all absolutely free!  There is no reciprocal linking, no hidden fees and nothing you need to pay for the life of the listing.  Once you create your listing, add your own unique password to it and you're ready to go.  You will then be able to make any changes you want as often as you need.  What a great way to showcase your client's listing and prove how savvy your real estate marketing skills are

However, if you want more features, you can use the Plan a Plan option.  With Plan a Plan, you actually get the first six months free per listing.  After that, you pay a small fee to continue your listing on Horse Ranch Search.  Your listing will not only include the 20 photos and listing info that is included in the Free Posting Plan, but you will also be able to:

  • give a description of the land
  • add links to your website, virtual tour, pdfs, etc.

The Horse Ranch Search site isn't just a place to list your horse ranch properties for sale.  List your equine rental property here as well, including farms, ranches and acreage.  You can also use the site to find what your real estate client's farm or horse property is currently worth in today's market no matter where you are in the country.  So, if you have a client interested in purchasing farm land, horse property or acreage to create their own real estate heaven or if your client wants to sell their property to horse enthusiasts, HorseRanchSearch.com is a horse of another color.  Use their database to find success for your client and yourself.
